This initial review makes it possible to identify the points requiring attention and the useful next steps: corresponding with the insurer, preparing for the medical examination, applying for an interim payment, reviewing an offer or commencing proceedings where they become necessary.

The objective is to provide an approach that is structured, practical and understandable, without drawing premature conclusions before the relevant facts and documents have been reviewed.

In personal injury claims, the medical examination often plays a central role. It may have a significant influence on the assessment of the injuries and on the compensation offer made afterwards.

This stage should therefore be prepared carefully by gathering the relevant documents and identifying the practical consequences of the accident for the injured person’s personal, professional and family life.

Particular attention is given to this preparation, where appropriate in coordination with an independent doctor advising the injured person.

Meetings can be arranged at the office, by telephone or by video call, depending on the circumstances, the injured person’s health and the stage reached in the claim.

Where the case requires it, assistance may also cover medical examinations or other steps taking place outside Paris.

I trained within an international law firm in an environment shaped by rigour, high standards and attention to detail.

That experience has influenced the way I work: careful review of the documents, anticipation of the important stages, clarity in communication and close attention to the progress of the claim.

I now apply this method when assisting people injured in accidents, so that they can move forward with a clearer understanding of a compensation process that is often long and technical.

Personal Commitment, Endurance and Consistency

Outside the firm, I run and take part in marathons. I have completed 19 marathons, with a personal best of 3 hours and 7 minutes at the Frankfurt Marathon in 2025.

I have run the Paris Marathon 11 times, as well as the New York, Chicago, Berlin, San Sebastián and Seine-Eure marathons.

Marathon running requires preparation, consistency and endurance. These are qualities I also recognise in assisting injured people, because every case requires time, method and perseverance.
